Who we are
Founded in 2005, Jacobian Engineering is a San Francisco based innovative engineering design firm with a strong background in aerospace and government contracting. Our founder and CEO, Erik D. Jones, has worked for over 7 years in government and 18 years in engineering. After leaving Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Erik started Jacobian Engineering in order to meet the demand for creative and customized programmatic solutions without the overhead and inflexibility experienced at a national laboratory or large prime contractor.

What we can do
Registered with the Central Contractor Registration, we are able to work directly with government agencies and subcontractors. Our design team works with our customers to first clearly define the problem or business need and then envision a solution. For ongoing projects, we are able to work within the framework of existing requirements and customize a solution to meet and often exceed the minimum criteria for a program. Jacobian Engineering can provide engineers with expertise in: electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and security & IT infrastructure engineering.
